About Me

This blog is a perfect reflection of who I am and what I do. The other things which I don’t think this blog will let me say is that I am a geek and a creep (please don’t judge me) and I have a perfect sense of sarcasm (again, please take off your judging hats) and to sum all these things up – I am a moody teenager!

I am eighteen and still waiting to get into a college. Introvert is what people call me so here I am, trying to be virtually extrovert!

  1. That’s not fair! I had to be the first one, now that you’re handing out the trophies. šŸ˜›
Anyway, I welcome you with all my heart and warmth to the blogging world girly.
    Cheers! šŸ˜€

  2. Well I don’t need any trophies, I’m just happy to welcome you to the blogosphere, with a great big hello, a follow, and a here’s hoping you love it is much as I do.

  3. Hi!

First of all, you’ve got a great beginning for a blog! Like your first story!
Your writing reminds me a lot of Akansha’s blog, which is a great compliment for you. BTW: I’m Steve (the American friend of hers).

If you ever need help (although I’m sure Akansha is fully capable in helping you) I’ll help! The one suggestion I would have for you since you’re just starting is to have a slightly better “about page.” What you said was ok and I like sarcastic people but it didn’t really made me connected with the author. I always look at the about page first when I first come to a blog. Look at Akansha’s about page or my page – you don’t have to put anything personal just enough stuff that they have a connection with you. I’ve been told that my “about page” is one of the best out there – one of the many reasons that I have over 100 followers in less than 2 months. My “about page” also showed Akansha that we have so many connections and we began our friendship from then on.

Good luck on continuing your blog and you got another follower! Can’t wait to see where you go from now on!

  4. Lol! I don’t know how much she’s said about me, but yes, we have so many similarities even down to our personalities! We’re great friends…you’re lucky you get to be around someone like her. šŸ™‚

Anyway, yeah take up as much as time you want trying to figure out what exactly you want to do. What kind of posts you want to write? I first started with a food and movie review blog but then it grew. It took me about a week or two to get it all ready for people to look at – it probably would have been a month if not for Aakansha’s help.
Suggestions on how to get many followers. These have been my techniques of getting over 100 followers in two months or so.
When you get it totally figured out, you should definitely use tags that people would look for like “life.” Also, make sure you post your link in the community. It’s a good way to find other blogs that you might like and get advice and follows. Also, a good “about page” and be honest. People seem to love that in my blog. Last thing, if you ever find a blog that you really like, make sure you comment on their about page and say how much you like it. Then give the link to your blog saying something like this, “If you want, you can check out my blog at (whatever it is) and see if you like it.” Most people have answered me and looked at my blog and love it so I got another follower. I’ve got probably about half of my follows doing that.
